New customers can apply now for Sandbox access with the v5.0 product scope, subject to approval. New paid subscriptions are on hold before December 1, 2026. The new paid rates in this guide are scheduled to take effect on that date. Sandbox access is for testing and cannot be used in a live service or to serve end users. Sandbox keys do not automatically become Live keys; paid use requires a separate contract and Live key. Legacy plans are closed to new subscriptions. Existing customers retain their current contracts and receive separate guidance on product changes.
