Saju API plans are grouped by usage and support scope

These new paid rates are scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2026. The approved v5.0 Sandbox is available now, while new paid subscriptions are on hold before December 1. Prices are in KRW for the standard Korean scope, excluding VAT, as set out in the Korean v5.0 customer introduction. The existing v2.7 plans are closed to new subscriptions. Existing customers follow their current contracts and separate transition notices. Professional analysis fields in the current Core contract are not necessarily included in the new Core product.

Each product column is a separate subscription. Content, Core and Professional + SIS allowances are counted independently and cannot be shared or transferred between products. Approved Content & Retention modules share their content allowance. All products use one shared point balance.

The per-result figures assume the full monthly allowance is used. Lower usage means a higher cost per result. Compare expected volume, monthly fees and the overage terms in your quote for each product.

Overage, plan changes and cancellation

Monthly-plan overage fees, usage limits and any rollover of unused allowance are specified in the quote before Live key issuance. The table's per-result figures and PAYG rates do not automatically become monthly-plan overage rates.

The quote and contract define the effective date for plan changes or cancellation, the monthly payment date and whether fees are prorated by days used.

Existing customers receive a separate transition notice after their current contract and the new product data scope have been compared.

Customer-specific terms follow the signed quote, contract and applicable law.

Synchronous APIs are billed on the final 2xx success response; generative Callback products are billed on completed results. A callback acceptance response is not a completed result. 5xx errors, Ablecity processing failures and redelivery of the same result are excluded. Interpretation prices include the required calculations; a separate request for the full Manse-force dataset incurs the data API fee.

Point top-ups, validity and refunds

Point top-ups are part of paid use. New paid subscriptions are on hold before December 1, while existing customers continue to pay under their current contracts. 1P = KRW 1. Top up any amount from KRW 10,000, excluding VAT. Example: 10,000P costs KRW 10,000 + KRW 1,000 VAT. PAYG has no monthly base fee.

Points are valid for 12 months from each top-up date. Top-ups cannot be refunded after 7 days. Rights protected by law remain subject to applicable law.

30-day approval-based Sandbox

The current approved v5.0 Sandbox test limits are 100 Content calls, 1,000 combined Core/Professional + SIS calls, 20 combined standard results and 5 completed generative Callback results over 30 days. Access is limited to approved products and evaluation scope and cannot serve production or end users. Actual features, duration and limits follow the approved key scope and may be adjusted to the application. Internal-test products require separate scope approval.

We email the initial review outcome and issuance scope within one business day of submission. Test keys are issued separately by email for approved products and usage only. New paid subscriptions are on hold before December 1, 2026; paid use requires a separate contract and Live key. Existing customers retain their current contracts. Sandbox keys do not automatically become Live keys. Before serving production or end users, a separate Live key is required after review of the APIs, rates, application screens, expected volume and launch date.

Custom quotes and volume contracts

Other languages, dedicated tone, extended length and PDF require a separate quote. Annual commitment discounts: up to 15% for Content and up to 10% for Core and Professional + SIS, with eligibility set out in a separate quote. Business operational support starts at KRW 500,000/month. Dedicated infrastructure, 24/7 and VPC are quoted separately.

Extension APIs and build scope

Two-person compatibility interpretations use the completed-result table: 300P standard and 800P custom. The former monthly add-on price is not charged again on top of these rates.View compatibility rates

The astrology API is in internal testing and available for approval-based PoC inquiries. Pricing is not finalized and general public calls are not available.

Custom API Bundle combines selected APIs with admin tools, usage tracking and payment integration. Features and handover deliverables are scoped and quoted separately.

Client frontend UI, client infrastructure, external integrations and batch operations are scoped as separate build items in the quote. Base calculation already included in a completed-result price is not charged twice.
